A white wine made from red Spätburgunder grapes: Blanc de Noir
Aromatic and fruity white wine that shines reddish in the light, revealing subtle aromas of red berries. Low acidity, but plenty of fruit!
The production of Blanc de Noirs is quite interesting: After the harvest, the grapes are quickly sent to the wine press. Only the first juice that flows from the press is used for the Blanc de Noir, as it contains no color pigments from the grape skins. The color is released from the skins only when the grapes are pressed.
